The Association of Educational Purchasing Agencies (AEPA) is a multi-state non-profit organization made up of Educational Service Agencies / political subdivisions organized through a Memorandum of Understanding between all participating states. These contracts are accessible to all current eligibilities, listed below.
A Women- and/or Minority-Owned Business (WMBE) must be certified, meeting a series of requirements. A MBE must be at least 51% owned, operated, and controlled by a minimum of one U.S. citizen of minority. A WBE must be at least 51% owned, operated, and controlled by one or more women who are U.S. citizens.
