Evidence – Districts Demand It, Do You Have It?

Districts and states are required to spend federal and stimulus funding on “evidence-based interventions,” and indeed, the demand for K-12 solutions to show evidence of effectiveness is growing louder as educators are faced with addressing unfinished learning. K-12 solution providers must be ready to answer the call for evidence but often feel overwhelmed at the prospect of engaging in time-intensive and resource-heavy research.
The Every Student Succeeds Act (ESSA) outlines four levels of evidence, which offer providers an on-ramp for building their evidence base, and LearnPlatform offers third-party research services aligned to ESSA requirements, provider needs, and market dynamics.
In this session, we will:
– Explore current market dynamics driving the demand for evidence.
– Review the four levels of evidence outlined in ESSA.
