COST

The cost of each license is $85.50 per year. ROEs/ISCs will be charged annually at the beginning of the fiscal year. ROEs/ISCs that join during the school year will receive an invoice that is prorated by the month that the licenses were purchased.

Thee low cost is achieved by adding accounts to the existing LTC master account. This means that all virtual meetings will have an “ltcillinois.zoom.us” preface to the website address for virtual meetings.

NOTE: For the remainder of FY20, all ROEs and ISCs can receive free basic accounts with the 40-minute time restriction waived via the Learning Technology Center. The LTC is still collecting billing information in case ROEs and ISCs decide to continue using Zoom the following year.
