Kyocera ECO footPRINT Toner Recycling Program

Kyocera is committed to driving efficiency and productivity forward while helping the environment.

It is just the responsible thing to do.

Kyocera believes that it is not enough to create high-quality products with the most cutting-edge technology for our customers if the company doesn’t do its part to be responsible and make a respectful use of the very resources that make it all possible.

There is an increasing awareness, worldwide, about the importance to lower the impact on the environment by working smarter and cleaner.

Kyocera’s ECO footPRINT Toner Recycling Program offers a way to do just that.

How it Works

The way it works is easy. Customers can request recycling boxes from their authorized Kyocera dealer. Fill the boxes with depleted and waste Kyocera toner containers, seal and send to Kyocera’s recycling facility partner, Close the Loop, one of the world’s largest take-back providers of ink and toner cartridges, which helps the company’s sustainability efforts.

It is important to remember that there are no shipping or recycling costs to Kyocera customers. It’s Kyocera’s way of expressing gratitude to you for helping the company in commitment to working in harmony with our environment.

Where it all Goes

All Kyocera toner containers recycled through the program are transformed into useful objects that help cover a need. Kyocera partners at the Close the Loop recycling facility are able to repurpose the materials into items like park benches, pens, and even asphalt.
