A Letter From ENA to ILTPP Members

The COVID-19 pandemic is causing tremendous disruptions to our nation’s education communities.

Education Networks of America (ENA) is committed to helping school districts by empowering them with tools and resources that help improve communication, facilitate virtual learning, and track student engagement. In addition to joining the FCC’s “Keep Americans Connected” pledge, we are happy to announce that we have the following COVID-19 remote educational services available:  

  • ENA SmartVoice Go: All ENA SmartVoice extensions have been updated to include access to the ENA SmartVoice Go mobile app and ENA SmartVoice desktop client. Mobile and desktop access enables users to make and receive phone calls and person-to-person video calls from their mobile device or desktop, keeping them connected when they are away from their desks. This feature will be enabled for 60 days at no additional charge. Further instructions will be sent out to ENA SmartVoice customers with instructions on how to set up the mobile and desktop clients.
  • ENA SmartConference: If you’re a current ENA SmartConference customer and need to upgrade the port capacity of your conference bridges to help with staff communication during this time, please contact us. We can upgrade your current ENA SmartConference bridges to include higher port capacity for up to 60 days at no additional charge. 
  • Zoom: ENA is offering Video Collaboration Powered by Zoom staff accounts to K-12 schools for 60 days at no cost. Click here to register and we will contact you within 24 hours to set up your account.   
  • CatchOn: We are providing a special COVID offering of CatchOn for 60 days at no cost. CatchOn is a data analytics tool that enables educators to track and assess their students’ application and device usage. This special offering will allow districts to gain insight and track student engagement on applications students are using on district devices both inside and outside school. Click here to sign up.
